Jon O’Donnell is Chief Operating Officer at Acuity Analytics and partners with senior leaders to deliver strategic initiatives that shape the company’s growth, oversee technology and digital innovation.

A seasoned business leader, Jon is driven by a passion for using technology to solve complex business challenges. Before joining Acuity Analytics, he spent over 20 years at IBM, where he led the Business & Technology Consulting and Cloud Consulting divisions for EMEA—spanning 15,000 practitioners and USD 6 billion in annual turnover. As part of IBM Consulting’s Global Leadership Team, Jon held key roles across the UK, EMEA and North America, consistently delivering growth and innovation.

Jon has a strong track record of launching and scaling high-performing business units in AI and cloud technology. His leadership combines commercial acumen with a people-first mindset, empowering teams to innovate with purpose and impact.

He holds a degree in Mathematics and Operational Research from Southampton University and is CIMA-qualified.

Beyond work, Jon is an avid mountaineer, orienteer and marathon runner, with a love for adventure and the outdoors.
