Acuity operates as the client’s virtual captive, functioning as an embedded offshore partner across twelve business units. With over 220 dedicated professionals, we deliver integrated support across investment banking, lending services, research and data analytics.

To ensure continuity and cultural alignment, we appointed a dedicated engagement manager and HR manager. We established a Centre of Excellence for data analytics, driving automation, dashboarding and reporting transformation. Our AI-powered solution, Credit Pulse, was deployed to support lending workflows, and we initiated deployment of AgentFleet, an investment banking analytics tool.

Our flexible staffing model enables the client to scale rapidly, respond to dynamic business needs and maintain high-quality delivery across functions. The partnership is backed by strong C-level sponsorship and reinforced through regular executive engagement, including annual visits to our delivery centres.
