Transforming global RFP and DDQ operations through technology-enabled delivery and measurable impact
Challenges
A global investment firm faced an increase in Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) following a major acquisition. The increased complexity created pressure on turnaround times and brand consistency, especially during periods of peak demand.
The firm needed a scalable, data-led model to sustain performance, maintain brand integrity and free senior teams to focus on strategic growth. Acuity Analytics worked alongside the client’s Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Poland, distinguishing itself through its deep domain expertise and ability to deliver high volumes of work.
Our Solution
We applied deep operational insight to identify fragmentation, manual version control and limited automation as key obstacles. We implemented a dedicated RFP Centre of Excellence for the client, centralising governance, ownership and accountability across global teams.
We introduced automated DDQ templates and re-engineered workflows to reduce manual effort by 20 per cent. Our team also supported extensive data remediation and migration initiatives, helping the client clean, structure and consolidate key datasets to enable more reliable reporting and analytics.
Our focus has since then broadened to support tech-enabled business analysis. We have a dedicated team of Python developers working on automation, dashboarding and data transformation projects. This capability allows the client to generate faster insights, improve decision-making and scale delivery across regions.
The result is a resilient, insight-led operating model that combines domain expertise with technology innovation to deliver faster responses, stronger governance and measurable impact.
