Based in Bengaluru, Narasimhan serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Acuity Analytics, overseeing Human Resources, Training and Knowledge Management, and Corporate Services. As a member of the Executive Committee, he is shaping the company’s global people strategy to support its fast-paced growth and transformation.

With more than 25 years of experience in human resources, Narasimhan has held several consequential HR leadership roles for some of the world’s leading financial institutions. Before joining Acuity Analytics, he served as Global Head of Talent Acquisition at State Street, where he shaped and executed global hiring strategies across multiple regions. Earlier, he was Head of HR for State Street’s global hubs in India, Poland, and China, supporting over 25,000 employees and operating as the head of HR for the 1B USD revenue generating Asia Pacific business. His career also includes senior HR leadership roles at Bank of America, Mphasis, and Satyam.

Narasimhan is deeply committed to building inclusive, high-performance cultures and creating workplaces where people can thrive. In addition to his HR leadership, he oversees Acuity Analytics’ corporate social responsibility initiatives, with a strong focus on education, employability, and the environment.

An MBA in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Engineering graduate, Narasimhan has lived and worked in India, the UK, Hong Kong and Singapore. Outside work, he’s an accomplished marathon runner, having completed all six world majors thrice. He enjoys cooking, Formula One and test cricket.
