About Ian Mullen
Ian serves as Chief Financial Officer at Acuity Analytics and has played a central role in driving both organic and inorganic growth, overseeing acquisitions, refinancing initiatives and a successful private equity transition.
Since 2021, Ian’s remit spans financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, investor relations and business transformation. His financial stewardship and strategic insights continue to strengthen Acuity Analytics’ enterprise value and long-term resilience.
With more than 25 years of experience in financial services, Ian has held senior roles across investment banking, private banking and private equity-backed businesses. Before Acuity, he served as Managing Director at HSBC, with leadership roles in London, New York and Geneva, overseeing finance, strategy and transformation. He has also worked at Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital and Bankers Trust, and served as CFO at LeasePlan UK.
A Chartered Accountant (ICAEW), Ian holds an Honours degree in Economics from the University of Manchester. Based in London, he is passionate about travel, sports and cultural exploration and is a proud father of three.
