About Philip Gore-Randall
Philip Gore-Randall brings deep experience in leading large, complex international organisations. Over his distinguished career, he has played pivotal roles in shaping some of the world’s most recognised professional services and financial institutions.
Philip spent 25 years at Arthur Andersen, where he held several senior leadership roles, including UK Managing Partner and Managing Partner and COO for worldwide practice. During his tenure, he co-led the global restructuring of Arthur Andersen. He later joined Aon UK, serving as COO for the following two years as CEO of its Risk Services division.
In 2007, Philip became Chief Operating Officer and Integration Director at HBOS plc, one of the UK’s major retail banks, guiding the organisation through its acquisition by Lloyds Banking Group.
Since then, he has built a distinguished portfolio of non-executive roles and currently serves as Chairman of Forensic Risk Alliance, Fircroft and RAK Logistics – all international, private-equity-backed businesses. He is also a Director at Samena Capital and an adviser to RAK Ceramics and RAK Economic Zone in the UAE.
Philip’s earlier board experience includes ERM, Equiom, Esure, Topaz Engineering and Lovells.
He holds an MA in Geography from University College, Oxford, and is a Chartered Accountant.
